We are so thankful to Mike O’Connell and the team at Isosceles Finance Limited in the UK for their incredibly generous donation towards Stage 2 of the Nkolonga Rural Health Post project: backup solar lighting! Backup lighting is absolutely critical, both for security (flood lighting) and for interior lighting so that the clinic team are still able to attend to patients during a power cut at night.
We reached out to Switch ACDC, a leading solar supplier in Zambia and Shiggi & Nimesh immediately jumped on board to help, supplying the necessary equipment within budget as well as donating 3 second hand solar panels! Thank you very much to you both! We look forward to welcoming Alphas from Switch ACDC to Nkolonga to do the installation!
Please continue to donate towards this wonderful project, it is making such a difference in the lives of the Nkolonga community. Now that Stage 2 will soon be complete we will be focussing on Stage 3: Safe running water!
